Post subject: Problem with OS

I've got a new problem. I did as Mr. Miller suggested and obtained a
copy of 2000. At the part of the installation where the screen goes
black and has white lettering telling you what is being loaded it
suddenly tells me that it can't recognise .CAB files. I'm at a loss
as to what to do, especially since I don't know what a .CAB file is.
Any suggestions would be most apprecated. Thank you.
