Did your ISP run through all of the correct settings that should be in the
Tools > Accounts section of OE 5? I realise that you probably haven't
altered these settings, but all the same, it's useful to check. Sometimes,
deleting the account in the Tools > Accounts > Mail section and then
recreating with the correct settings can be enough to get you back on track.
Are you able to send a test message to yourself? Try that and report back
the exact error message (including the error number).
