Remote Desktop for iPhone

I just got an iPhone and I need to be able to reboot my webserver,
which runs Windows Server 2003. Was wondering if there were any plans
to develop a Remote Desktop that would work on the iPhone.

Apple's development plan for the iPhone requires all apps to be web
browser accessible and can utilize AJAX programming. Current versions of
RDC require that an application be installed on the computer or handheld
device, which will not happen with the iPhone (for now).
