I want to have my Entourage data be reachable from any computer in the world
if need be.

Is Microsoft Exchange necessary to do this or are there other options?

On Entourage, I went to Tools > Accounts > Exchange > New ...and it asked
for my account ID, password & domain, saying I can get this information from
my exchange account administrator. Do I need this information in order to
proceed in making my above mentioned desire a reality? How can I get this
information? Is buying Exchange necessary?

Please just guide me with the appropriate steps for having my Entourage data
be reachable from any computer.

Thank you so much for your time and help!!!

What about simply using IMAP accounts to have your e-mails available
from anywhere??

In addition to what you can do with IMAP, Exchange will allow you to
sync address book and events (no categories or contact picture syncing).

Wellllllllll you need an Exchange e-mail account somewhere. Where would
the data be pulled from otherwise?

We get you're upset, but please don't shout. (That's what all Caps mean.)

Do you have Entourage set to "Work Offline?" Look under Entourage in the
Menu bar.

Start with this article and see if it answers your questions: Set up an
e-mail account automatically
