Post subject: Syncing Outlook with Exchange and Home C with Treo

I am hahving trouble syncying my palm treo. At work I can sync with my work
laptop connected to exchange server running windows xp professional. However
at home I cannot get it to sync with outlook on my Windows Vista Ultimate
desktop.

When connected at home it attepts to connect but never does.

Does anyone have any suggestions?
