Yes, it is. Thai is not one of the languages available for Office 2004. It
*is* available in Windows Office.
There's only one solution here: you're just going to have to take that
computer back, and give her your new one.
Oh: She already explained that to you, right? :-)
Sorry: there is no "good" solution.
