Turkish Characters

I have Microsoft Office v.X for Macintosh. I want to type in Turkish
using the Turkish-QWERTY-PC keyboard. I can do this by using the
Apple's TextEdit and even now in this box! but I can't if I am using
Word or Excel or Entourage or any other of the Office programs. So I
know it is not an Apple problem or issue. It is an Office
issue/problem. By the way if I want to insert a character by using the
Unicode Character Palette I can insert most of the Turkish characters.
However there are a few that are missing. So I want to type in Turkish
by using the Turkish-QWERTY-PC keyboard in programs in the Office v.X
How do I do this??? Secondly, how do I find and install the Turkish
characters that are missing in the Unicode Character Palette???

Somehow yes... Applications like TextEdit support Unicode. I suspect you
need unicode for these characters and Office X does not support it. Only
Office 2004 does...

That entirely depends on what font you are using. Office 2004 comes with
some pretty complete Unicode fonts (like TImes New ROman) that really
contain a LOT of characters.

For the character palette, it depends on the font you are using (in
Unicode applciations of Course).
Now as far as Office goes, you can probably give a try to Office 2004.
