Media PLayer 7.1 and WM9 encoded video

Hi I was wondering in Media player 7.1 for MAC supports streamed and locally
played WM9 encoded video? if so is there a location to download the 9 codecs
for this player? I'm try to view wmv on MAC 8.1 with player 7.1.
I've tried on OSX with player 9 and they work fine

It pretty much depends on what codec and what version of DRM is used.
This site lists all supported codecs:
