There are no longer any offers from Microsoft for trials of Windows XP
that you can install...it's over 5 years old.

There is a trial for Windows XP x64:
http://www.microsoft.com/windowsxp/64bit/facts/trial.mspx

I'm not sure if that will work with Bootcamp though.

What are you hoping to find out with the trial? XP works with
Bootcamp.

I used to have a 180 day XP Pro Trial CD I got at a Microsoft event just
when XP came out. License expired after the 180 days and could not be used
again after that date. Ended up in the recycle bin long ago.
