Hi,

I have spent the last few hours trying to source an answer to the
following. First of all the setup:

- D Link Wireless Router
- Quicksilver G4 (Tiger) connected via ethernet to the router
- Powerbook G4 (Leopard) connected via internal Airport to the router
- Brother MFC 7420 multifunction connected to the Quicksilver G4 via
usb

My question is how do I print over the wireless connection to the
printer? When I connect the Powerbook via ethernet, all works well,
but wirelessly it does not even find the printer.

Thanks in advance.

Col

Airport IS Ethernet, or at least one version of it.

Can you see the QS using the network browser (Shift-Apple-K). The QS
must have Personal File Sharing enabled (System Preferences / Sharing).

And a minor point, is Print Sharing enabled on the QS and is the printer
shared?
