Dragging and dropping doesn't work for OS X programs. The transfer
issue is covered at Apple if you have one of the newer iBooks.
You can use target disk mode and use Carbon Copy Cloner to transfer.
If you want many, many ideas on this task, google the newsgroups -
there have been plenty of threads on this - I'd say close to one each
day.
