After turning away form my laptop while waiting for a track to download, i
turned back to find that i had spent over £10 of an album i had nev er heard
of before and a coupld of singles, which again i had never heard of.

I didn't buy those tracks and have been left with 50p on my account!

Has anyone else had this problem? And is there anyway i can get my money
back? And finally, how do i know that this wont happen again?

I'm really annoyed!

While you're obviously annoyed, what does this have to do with Microsoft
products for Macs?

Well clearly JE McGitFace, i'm not a tech geek and all i was looking for was
some help, not sarcastic comments. You're a real charmer!

The question was a legitimate one, not sarcastic.

You didn't include in your post (1) what product you were using, or (2)
what laptop/OS version you were on, nor (3) what type of account you
were referring to.

In order to determine if one has seen this problem, much less answer
your question about whether it will happen again, that information (at
least) is necessary (and given that the only action you claim to have
taken is turning away from the laptop, I'm not sure that any answer is
possible).

Since this is a newsgroup for Microsoft products for Macs, it's
certainly not out of line to ask what product your post pertains to...
