Post subject: buying a new imac with software

When i buy the cs3 package and I want to have the Dutch one is it
cheaper to buy first the English version and then upgrade it to Dutch?

Can the Imac (new one with Leopard) communicate with an G3?
I want to log in on the office but I have the new Imac at home?
