You can check the excact reason for this error in the EventLog of
the Terminal Server.
If your temporary license has expired, you will have to do the
following:
1. install and activate a Terminal Services Licensing Server. This
service must run on a Domain Controller if your TS is part of a
Windows 2000 domain. In a workgroup, it can run on the same server
as the TS.
2. buy Terminal Services CALs and install them on the Licensing
Server.
