Metrowerks CodeWarrior is a commercial product that was discontinued.
I doubt you will find any properly-licensed downloads of it available.
Your only choices, if you truly need Metrowerks CodeWarrior, will be to
buy a used license from someone who is selling one (as long as this is
allowed by the license agreement), or to approach the vendor
(Freescale) and see if they will sell you a license and media for the
old version or otherwise make it available to you.

environment on Mac OS X. Xcode 2.4 can be downloaded using your Apple
