Hey, a lot of the photos that I receive and place in my presentations
are in a high rez, with PC there is a button that will compress the
complete file when you go to save it, is there one with Mac, I've had
to take it to a PC save it in it's compressed form and email it back
to myself. I don't really want to have to compress every photo I get
as I need them in high rez. Any suggestions???

Hi,

If you are using MacOSX then right click (or control-click) on the
PowerPoint file (with PowerPoint closed).

In the pop-up menu choose either "archive" or "compress" to create a
compressed zip file.
