corrupt attachments

I've been using Entourage X for about a month now. I get a
lot of PDF, Staroffice and Word attachments. About 25% of
the time the attachment is corrupted. This happens when I
save it to disk and open it as well as chose "open" within
the Entourage window.

I'm able to use a webclient interface to get to my
mailserver so I download the "corrupt" attachment and in
every case, the file will open.

So, it seems that Entourage is corrupting the files.

Any advice?

I searched this mail list and the MS website for an update,
but to no avail.
