Every time I try to download my mail the error message "the program
unexpectadly quit" comes up and Entourage closes down. Help.

I, too, am experiencing this bug for the first time after flawless
performance since installation. Crashing without notice within minutes
of starting the program. Unclear whether it is during download of
mail, but it has rendered the program useless. Any MSFT help would be
more than welcome.<!-- ~MESSAGE_AFTER~ -->

I'm having the same problem with Entourage. When I go to "Sent
items", only a few show, and when I click below them, the application
quits. I'm so disappointed with Office for Mac, that I would join
immediately any suit against Microsoft and/or Apple for not working
better products together. In the meanwhile, I hope someone can help in
a way I don't loose all my messages.
