I find "clive" for a number of OS's. Use the one for freebsd?

You have to install the Python whatsits. Download clive-0.4.6.tar.gz and
unpack it and read the INSTALL.

You'll also need the urlgrabber-3.1.0.tar.gz

http://linux.duke.edu/projects/urlgrabber/

These seem to work fine on 10.5.2 out-of-the-box with Python 2.5.1.
