Looking for easy to work with database for Mac OSX.

On my old Mac Performa I'm still happily working with Microsoft Works
4.0. I can't find a database program that's as easy to work with for my
mac running under system OSX.
(Apple Works doesn't do what I want)
Any suggestions?

Filemaker pro 7.0 should work. You need to explore relational vs.
flat file databases. Filemaker will work to a certain degree, then
it's one of the relational databases fike Fourth Dimension.
