Help Gurus!

Using Outlook Express 5.02 and MAC 9.2 G4.

I tried to send a large stuffed email with multiple pdfs enclosed and
evidently the files were too large and it ran out of memory. Now it's stuck
somewhere. My problem is: every time I try and retrieve email, it takes
forever to open and then it automatically starts to send that "large" file
again. Where do I go to delete it?

I would appreciate any recommendations.

Thanks,
jan

Hi Jan,

When you launch OE, open the Window > Progress panel and stop any sending
and receiving activity. You should then be able to kill the outgoing
message from your Outbox.

If OE is still slow to launch and respond after that, you could try to
compact the database as follows...
