error 3215

I went to get my mail from outlook express 5 and an error 3215 came up
saying the file is already in use. I don't have anything else using my
connection and am unsure of how to fix this. Does anyone have any solutions
to this issue? I've actually had this happen before and had to reprogram my
whole computer b/c we couldn't find a solution. I would appreciate your
help!
