error message

i received help before and now I am asking - if any one
can help me with the following

I have an iMac and am using turbo tax - I am getting an
error message (1354)

I cannot update the product using one click update nor
can I download the new york state product

I was told that there is some part of a program the was
only partially installed that is stopping me from
downloading

i tried to access it with various new york stuff like
nyi_2003 and that did not work

I also tashed the 2003 preferences

Can you help

Can i be so lucky twice?
