error message when publishing my web site

To Whom it May Concern:

When I try to pulbish my web site to the internet I get
this message, Server Error an error occurred accessing
your front page web files. Authors- if authorising against
a web server please contact the webmaster for this
server's site. Web Masters please see the server'system
log for more details.
I have no idea how to fix this problem or even if it's on
my end or my web host providers. Please help!

FrontPage for MAC is no longer manufactured or supported by Microsoft. And,
this FrontPage for MAC newsgroup has been discontinued.
