excel applescript tutorial

I'm looking for an Excel applescript tutorial.
Can't find anything on the net.

I once managed to take out what I could from it (and a couple of other
documents I could find). It's somewhat similar to the KB doc, but I added a
couple of things here and there. You can download the document here:
