All I needed was a USB hub, but the $23 deal came with a USB mouse and a
Propad8 gamepad. I don't own a game -- as far as I know -- that uses a
gamepad but I'm curious to see how they work. Any recommendations? I run
OS9.1 on an unaccelerated 8500 with a large monitor and Panther on a
400mhz Pismo powerbook. Don't need anything fancy or fast, just
something that demonstrates a gamepad.

iNES < <a style='text-decoration: underline;' href="http://emulation.net/nintendo/ines.sit.bin" target="_blank">http://emulation.net/nintendo/ines.sit.bin</a>> and any decent game's
ROM <http://vimm.net/> should do the trick.

You could also try Ambrosia Software's <http://www.ambrosiasw.com> Mars
Rising.
