im looking for a good gamming macro or how to make one could some one plz maybe tell me how to make one or find some good pre-made macros.
it would be much appriciated if i could get some help.

Macros are a way of talking to a particular program. You don't mention
any particular program so are you just trying to get started learning
how to write games ?
