hotmail page can not be displayed

For about three weeks now, I have not been able to access
hotmail into the computer we have at home. I have phoned
Virgin (Internet connection)and although I have done
everything they have requested,the page is still not
display.
I do not know which people I should contact to solve my
problem.

I have several users on my network "complaining" about this; not that I
really care to "support" MSN. I'd just as soon block it. But, it also
follows some complaints about some other web sites not working properly.
So, I thought I'd chime in and say, "me too" on this... in case someone
figures out what the heck is going on.

I even tried setting up a brand new Hotmail account. It let me get so
far and then it will not open any more pages. It just times out when
trying to "log in".
