Sherm was perhaps a bit underspecific. To my knowledge, the only people
who currently have access to the SDK at all work at Apple. It is possible
that there are a very few people at large third-party companies whom Apple
is allowing access under no doubt very strict terms. The sort of
freelancers you hope to contact have no more idea what the SDK will look
like than you or I, so quibbling over what exactly constitutes an NDA
violation is kind of missing the point.
