OP Back.....and frustrated. :-( I won't admit how long I've spent on
this project. But this old rookie is about to quit. Probably would have
if it were my photos but it is my wife's computer and photos.
At any rate, I've tried two other backups for her iPhoto Library and
still the same problem. So the corruption may have happened on the old
computer and for some reason she did not realize it. But there are about
150 photos that are in the iPhoto LIbrary that aren't showing up in
iPhoto.
Are there any other workarounds to get this back to square one? I gather
there is a shareware program but I believe I read that one loses all
dates for the photos or all the roll organization or both if you use
that approach.
Thanks for any help.
PS Is iPhoto a good app for us relative infrequent users? Having the
photos there and not being able to look at them in iPhoto is
frustrating. Thanks again.
