I just noticed this in a friend's library. It shows a little red
"Explicit" tag at the end of the Title column in the music view. (In
this case, it was Ricky Gervais live, so the tag was probably correct.)
A little further digging reveals that there is a "parental advisory" or
rating attached to the file, which is visible in the Summary panel of
Get Info. It appears that it cannot be edited in iTunes, however.
It is presumably an ID3 tag type which iTunes 7 is paying attention to,
but which wasn't recognised by earlier versions. In principle it should
be possible to edit this tag with some third-party software.
There is a general preference "Show content ratings in library" which
you could turn off to hide the explicit tag.
In your case, the song was probably tagged as explicit by mistake when
the MP3/AAC file was created, and it is now visible in iTunes 7.
