Hey all,

Am trying to get WMP to launch a media player WITHOUT using <a href...></a>

What i have is...
<a id=anchorpix name=anchorpix href=''#" onclick="StartMeUp(-server side
generated code-);"></a>

The above works fine for PC IE as the embedded Windows Media Player goes.
However for those on Macs, I am gonna have the user get their separate
player launched.

In the StartMeUp code, I have window.location = playfile.asx; but that never
was able to launch on it's own.

When I put that playfile.asx as part of href, it works so we know the file
works... location.href doesn't work... so what other suggestions do you
guys have?

Thanks!
