Hi Diane,

I mean that the inbox for example the receipt of message box has two lines, the sender and the title of the mail. Can therefore only view 15 or so mails on the page - can I reduce this to a one line view, as in Outlook Express, so i can get to see more mails at once? :)

Only if you choose to have the preview pane below the message list or to
disable it completely (View>Preview Pane>Below List/None).

Are all of your emails going to your Inbox? If yes, then you need to take
advantage of using Rules to create folders for your mail by category.
