Can't send mail from Hotmail account via Entourage...

Install the latest Office 2001 update:
* Microsoft Office 2001 Combined Update 9.0.4

Download it from Microsoft:
<http://www.microsoft.com/mac/downloads.aspx#Office2001>

If that doesn't work, try the tips listed on The Entourage Help Page.
