There's an added benefit from doing this. When the malware spammers use
breaks into a Windows computer, one of the most common things it does is
access the email on the computer. In short order, they have the email
address of every email recipient. If everyone used BCC for mass email
distribution, spammers wouldn't get as many addresses.
