Hi.
I recently set up an outlook express account with my Hotmail email, and can
access my messages in my inbox, and check new messages, but cannot send any
msgs out - an Error message comes up and says "Error -Mail could not be sent
to account "Alicia's E-mail". Explanation - HTTP error. Access to the
resource has not been authorized."
What can I do to fix this or to be authorized?
