Sent messages not appearing in the Sent Items Folder - Out..

Hello,

I'm not sure if I've posted this in the right spot, I apologise if I have (I
couldn't find Outlook 2003 in the drop down).

We have a slight problem where items normally created and sent in Outlook
2003 are not appearing in the Sent Items Folder...BUT anything FORWARDED to
someone does!

We have checked the Tools > Options > Preferences > Email Options and the
"saved copies of messages in Sent Items Folder is checked.

Has anyone encountered this before?
