Hi all,

FYI, concerning a recent modem thread:

I feel that my internal iBook (G4, 12", MacOS 10.3.5) is causing more
and more trouble.

I get about 50 % messages 'no dialer tone detected'. But it does not
even dial - or does not turn on the speaker which remains silent.

Even worse, this morning I had a hard kernel panic with some ASCII text
(grey on black background), naming frame id problems.

Kind regards
Martin
