Hello,

Just got a new Imac w/10.3 at work and a new Imac w/10.4 at home. I
cannot restart with the Norton Systemworks 3.0 disc holding down the c
key. It works fine with a previous Mac using 10.2. Any thoughts on why
the computer will not start up with the disc.

Thank you.

The newer Macs have a requirement for an OS newer than what's on the CD?

Besides, you should ditch Norton; they ditched you! Norton is perfectly
happy to sell SystemWorks 3, which is known to be a crappy bit of work, and
has announced they will do no new development for Macintosh.

Go with TechToolPRo and DiskWarrior!

Thank you Brian,

I got TechToolPro and installed the eDrive. It seems to be working. I
did like many of the features of the Norton Systemworks. It was easy to
use and did the job. However, if they are not going to support Mac
10.3 & 10.4, then I need to move on to another product.

Rick
