Hi all,

Cannont print from Mail or Word since 10.3, although Terminal and
Acrobat are OK. Since all is OK if I login as user Root, I suspect file
permissions. I tried Print Aid.pkg but it did not fix thinks, neither
did disk utility.

Any suggestion ? Has apple aknowledged a bug ? Anyone knows where to get
a "sudo ls-lR" from a functionnal system ? of a netinfo dump ?

Thanks

Harry,

There is a forum on MacFixIt discussing Word not being able to recognize
printers. I do not know if this is your situation. Did you check to see if
Word is recognizing your printers so that you can print? This is just a
thought. Anyway here is the link to the discussion forum.

I hope this helps.

Thanks Leigh, but it looks like word recognizes the printer OK : If I
open a session as root I can print from Word.
