Hi.
I have a collegue who receives Acrobat email attachments
from a design bureau. My collegue uses a web-based email
system which, for some reason, fails to display the
attachment. The message list indicates that the whole
email is 4.9MB in size but there is no way of accessing
the attachment. If the email is accessed via Outlook or
Outlook Express then the attachment can be viewed. Looking
at the headers shows that the email client used by the
designer is "Microsoft-Entourage/9.0.1.3108", a Mac
product. Is there any setting in the above package that
can be set/unset so that my collegue is able to access the
attachments via her webmail package (Netscape Messenger
Express) instead of sending it do myself? Any help is
greatly appreciated
