So after I erase or partition, I can just fire up SuperDuper and
bootable clone my current HD?

120 GB. Don't know about the partition. It is mainly to be used as the
main back-up for my computer. Can I repartition later on if I need to or
should I just put in an extra partition or two in case I need them later
on. Thinking about maybe a Sandbox set-up later on.

After I get it formatted, I plan to use this as my back-up. I have
SuperDuper all set and ready to go.
