Help!
I just upgraded from OE 5.02 to 5.06 (forced to do so by Earthlink!)
and can no longer find the many message folders or messages that were
in 5.02. BOTH programs show only fresh folders. I expect the old data
is still on my hard drive but WHERE? and how do I get them back.
Any suggestins will be greatly appreciated.
Kent Vincent

OE Identities are usually stored in one of two places...

1) Mac HD:Documents:Microsoft User Data:Identities:
2) Mac HD:[path to OE application folder]:Identities:

If you search for "Identities", then you should find folders that reside in
one of the two pathways above. One of the Identities folders that is found
must be the right one (on the assumption that you haven't deleted anything).

If you can move the real Identities folder into one of the above pathways,
then it should get recognised when you next launch OE. Of these pathways,
option (1) is the most preferable one to go for.

HTH,

Ricky
