WMP 9 for Mac-STILL NO SOUND - I have a sh*tload of WMP files in which I can view the video but not the audio because it uses ACELP.NET audio codecs. I couldn't wait for WMP 9 to come out becuase I though when it did I could play back these videos WITH SOUND but guess what? WMP for.

No Motion, just sound.....WMP 7.1 - I am using the Mac OS9.X. I have recently installed the WMP 7.1. It seems working quite well with most of the files, but some files, they loaded with sound but no visual playback at all. What is the problem? Can anybody help me out here? Thanks!

Sound only, no picture - This also happens. The was created in WinXP and sent via-email to the user. when saved to the Mac desktop and selected (double click) a warning appears "the item could not be opened because the that created it could not be

Sample-no sound - When I play the wmp9 sample wmv I get the blue and flashing squares but no sound . Yes the slide is on max and so is screen volume. Is there sound on the sample ? Thanks Brian

WMV 9 on mac, no video, but there is sound - I have a client who just installed wmp9 on a G4 with os 10 and only gets sounds when playing a file back from a CD. The file is WMV9 at 1500k. I had him copy it to the desktop and still the same results. what's the dealio???

No sound when playing a burnt or original cd or dvd - mute button off - will
play sound from internet. Dvd will play sound when played through Power DVD?
Any answers appreciated.

I don't know if this is any help because I haven't got a mac PC, but
try press the F10 key until the sound increases, if this doesn't work
then I am sorry but the only thing I can think off is going into the
properties of sound and see if it is anything there or follow these
instructions:
> Tools
> Options
> DVD
> Advanced.....
and continue with the volume their!
