Yeah, that's usually a generic statement. Flip4Mac supports WM9 formats
so that should be OK too.

In this case, you should simply re-download and install Flip4Mac. The
installer will take care of deactivating WMP 9 for you and activate
itself all over again. Re-launch the web browser and all should be fine.
Good luck with the Ice damage. We got that a couple of months ago here
in St Louis and it was rather massive..... (everything covered with Ice
and half the city without any power).
Since we get ice storms every winter and tornados the rest of the years,
you'd think they'd start considering burying the lines........... :->
