Looking for title of old mac Space game

Hello! I've been searching for the name of an old game (that I had on
my Mac about 8-12 years ago) for hours, but no results; maybe one of
you knows:

The game was 2D (of course), and in color. You had to fly a spaceship,
that looked really "odd" and funny, towards the right side of your
screen over moutains (that "moved", along with all other things except
for the ship, to the left) and avoid certain bad things, like lasers
etc., but you could also collect little red-cross-bags that gave you
health, etc. You then had to land this ship on a very short "runway",
and I remember there was almost never enough space to land it. The
sounds were really cool (and annoying :-), and the graphics quite...
intense. Background was black; I don't remember the color of the hills
at the bottom of the screen.

Can anyone name this game?
