How can i transfer contacts from iPhone to computer?

Hi there,excuse me for asking the stuip question. my computer just crashed and I have lost all my data. I still have my contacts on my iphone and I was wondering whether it is possible to transfer all my contacts from my iphone back to the computer... please help me.

You can use outlook express to back up contacts and messages.
I have done this but it was not the easiest thing to do.
You need to go to info in your iphone settings in itunes, select where you want to back it up to in outlook or yahoo, winddows or google, then sync your phone and job done.
