Is there an update for Office Mac 2008?

When I purchased my iMac at the Apple store they mentioned that there was a free upgrade to Office Mac 2008. Until today, I still have not received such an update...can someone tell me how this is done? I have already purchased the Office Mac 2004 student/teacher edition. Thank you kindly.<br>

Either you misunderstood what was required or you were not fully informed.

If you purchased Office 2004 during the designated time frame you *do*
qualify for a free (US $6.99 shipping cost only) upgrade to 2008, but you
have to submit for it on your own - it won't magically appear:-) You can
download the coupon or redeem online here:

Either way you must submit no later than Feb 14th.
