2 user accounts with same mail box in Apple Mail?

I have two user accounts and numerous email addresses, some from ISPs
which do not provide IMAP. I'd like to share the same mail box in
Mail.app with all contained emails between both user accounts in 10.3.
Is there any way I can do this and keep the email synched between both
accounts without using iDisk?

Somewhat overkill , but you could run fetchmail and IMAP on your own box,
then have each account connect to a localhost IMAP server. That would keep
things in sync, although it's fairly complex as a solution.
