Codewarrior 4 Message

Hi. I encountered a problem with Std C Console PPC DLL. I was trying
to run a sample program that outputs "Hello World" to the console, but
I
get the error message saying the following: 'Could not launch "Std C
Console PPC DLL" because the library "MSL C.PPC.DLL" was not found'.
Now when I searched the computer I did find such a file. Do you know
what needs to be done so CodeWarrior realizes the file and not give
that message. Thank you very much.
